Stonewall Sports - Richmond is a volunteer-led organization. The Leadership Board is a groupĀ of individuals that work hard to provide safe, fun, inclusive, and diverse organized sports, activities, and events for the Richmond LGBTQIA+ community. We are always looking for individuals share their time and talents towards helping expand, grow, and improve the league and our community.

Club Sports Director
The Club Sports Director will be responsible for all planning, execution, and operations of any club sports seasons.
This includes maintaining reoccurring club sports, as well as helping to facilitate the creation of new sports. Duties may include, but are not limited to; working with committees to set up and plan events, equipment and shirt orders, preparation of playing areas, collecting scores and tracking rankings/standings, updating and maintaining registrations, ensuring the committee members are running day of operations for events and being the liaison so support the committees to the board.
They will also be tasked with developing a plan to expand our club sport offerings in the future. With a DEl mindset, they will ensure that all leagues and tournaments are fun, inclusive, and safe, for all members of the league and community.
The Club Sport Director will work under the guidance of the Operations Director. They will work alongside the two other sport directors, with their club committee members and with other Leadership Board members as needed.
The term of the Club Sport Director is one (1) fiscal year with an optional one (1) additional term added by a unanimous vote of the senior leadership members for a total of two (2) years of service.
